Origins and Construction

In 1864, a group of German immigrants settled in the vibrant community of Frenchtown, St. Charles, Missouri. These industrious settlers were dedicated to creating a prosperous life in their new home, and in doing so, they constructed a charming brick building that would become a cornerstone of their community. For many years, the brick building served as a central hub for the German immigrant population in Frenchtown. It housed various businesses that catered to the needs of the local community, ranging from general stores to artisan workshops. Transformation into an Event Venue

The Owners

Marcy Randoll grew up in Brazil where she earned a Bachelor degree in Executive Bilingual Secretary, and later another degree in Language at PUC/SP, also she holds a MBA in Administration, in addition to that, she took a Post - Graduation in Ecotourism. Later, here in America, she earned a new degree in Interior Designer at SIBA business school in St Louis MO. Now she is an entrepreneur and a Realtor in Missouri, she has been in America since 2010 and has visited or lived in 44 States in USA. She also lived in New Zealand and traveled around Europe and some Latin countries.  She loves travel, meeting people and knowing different cultures. Enthusiastic and passion for learning and teaching she still teaches Portuguese for foreigners for a non-profit organization in Saint Louis MO “Viva Brazil”.

Russ born and raised in Missouri. He came from a background of food service, having a mother who owned one of the top restaurants in Kansas City, MO.He traveled the world in the drilling industry and met Marcy in Brazil in 2008 where they worked at the same company and became husband and wife. They enjoy travelling, meeting people, gathering friends for barbeque and fishing.
