Welcome to La Rivière Events. By booking our venue, visiting our website, or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Venue Use & Capacity
  • Our venue is available for private rentals with a maximum capacity of 30 guests.
  • You are responsible for adhering to this limit. Exceeding the capacity may result in additional charges or immediate termination of your event without a refund.
  • All rentals require a minimum 2-hour booking.
  • $25 Tour Fee is required and is refundable after the event.
  1. Booking & Payments
  • 61 days fully refundable the security deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
  • Full payment is due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, Zelle, debit, and credit cards.
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
  1. Cleaning & Damages
  • A $125 cleaning fee applies to every booking.
  • You are responsible for returning the venue in good condition.
  • Any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment may result in repair fees or loss of future booking privileges.
  1. Rentals & Add-Ons
  • Ask for our current list of rental items and pricing.
  • Any third-party rentals brought in must be disclosed and approved in advance.
  1. Outside Vendors
  • Clients may use their own vendors (caterers, DJs, photographers, etc.).
  • Alternatively, we offer a list of trusted partner vendors for your convenience.
  • All third-party vendors must comply with our venue rules and provide proof of insurance if requested.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • We allow up to 61 days fully refundable the security deposit if the renter provides written notice to La Rivière.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in the event of emergency, inclement weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • Illegal substances, violence, or behavior disruptive to neighbors will not be tolerated.
  • We reserve the right to end any event immediately without refund if these rules are violated.
  1. Liability Waiver

La Rivière Events and its staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to any person or personal property during the course of an event. All guests and vendors enter at their own risk.

  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
